Event technology, thoughtfully connected. Meet the platform ↗

THE MOMENT STARTS BEFORE THE DOORS OPEN.

Good events
don’t happen
by accident.

From the first invitation to the last handshake. Bring your guests, your team and every moving part into one connected operation.

The whole operation. One considered workspace.

ONE PLATFORM. THE WHOLE PICTURE.

Less patchwork.
More presence.

Great event operations should feel invisible to a guest. Behind the scenes, every registration, invitation, badge and arrival needs to belong to the same story.

Eventkaar connects those moments, so your team can spend less time reconciling records and more time looking after people.

FROM BRIEF TO FOLLOW-UP

Three moves.
One connected experience.

  1. 01

    Shape the event

Create the workspace, set capacity and registration rules, and assign the right people.

  2. 02

    Welcome your guests

Review registrations, issue eligible passes, scan arrivals and request readable badges.

  3. 03

    Make the next move

Capture exhibitor conversations and use scoped reports to understand the event.

CONFIDENCE IS AN OPERATIONAL DETAIL.

Control where
it counts.

The right access, not all access.

Organization roles, event assignments and separate exhibitor permissions keep work scoped to the people responsible.

A record of the important moments.

Registration changes, arrivals and print requests have an audit trail. A QR scan is validated by the server, not a browser assumption.

The physical desk matters.

Station preferences, scanner options and print dimensions help teams prepare. Equipment compatibility is tested per deployment, not promised by a logo.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little clarity
goes a long way.

Ask us something else ↗
SaaS or managed: which do I need?

SaaS gives your team software. Managed services add an approved onsite team and equipment allocation. Each managed event needs a separate operational quote.

Are scanners and printers included?

Not in SaaS. Managed equipment and quantities are specified in your approved quote, not implied by payment.

What does per-guest pricing cover?

Managed guest tiers scope the event operation. Final software, staffing, media and travel inclusions are set in the quote; prices are not finalized.

Can I bring my own printer?

Yes, subject to a test of your browser, driver, media and required dimensions. No untested model is advertised as compatible.

How are reprints handled?

The product records print requests. Included media, reprint allowances and extra charges must be agreed in the managed quote.

What counts as one event?

One newly created draft consumes an event entitlement when creation commits. Deleting or archiving it does not restore that allowance. Historical events are not retroactively charged.

When do monthly limits reset?

At the verified provider billing-period boundary, not the first day of a calendar month. Unused allowances do not carry over unless a future approved policy says otherwise.

Can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Contact the team. Proration and mid-cycle upgrade policies are not finalized; there is no automatic promise of extra entitlement.

Can I run multiple events?

Growth allows three and Scale seven event creations per verified monthly period. Custom requirements are quoted separately.

Can exhibitors capture leads?

Yes. Assigned exhibitor staff can record and export their own exhibitor's leads. Lead access is separate from check-in permission.

Is internet needed onsite?

Yes. Current real registration and admission decisions require a server connection. Plan venue connectivity and a staffed contingency; offline admission is not advertised.

When is a managed booking confirmed?

Only after explicit operational availability and fulfillment confirmation. Payment alone does not reserve unconfirmed staff or hardware.

Can I book for 500+ guests?

Request a custom quote with date, location and expected attendance. Capacity is subject to an approved operational plan.

What if payment fails?

A failed or pending payment grants no new entitlement. A checkout return page never proves payment.

Who owns event data?

Your event records belong to your organization. Retention, export and contractual responsibilities must be agreed before a live commercial launch.

Is local PKR payment available?

Not yet. Whop is the only planned online provider in this phase, and collection remains disabled until configured and validated.

LET’S MAKE IT WORK, BEAUTIFULLY.

A better way in.
