QR CHECK-IN

A confident welcome, not a queue of questions.

Camera, keyboard-wedge or manual QR entry connects your authorized desk to persistent attendance records.

THE PROBLEM WORTH SOLVING

An image of a QR code is not an admission decision. The event and current pass state matter.

Multi-station arrivals, conferences and staffed registration desks.

A practical workflow.

  1. Issue an eligible attendee a secure pass
  2. Scan at the correct event desk
  3. Confirm arrival or see a clear denial

Built into
the working product.

These are implemented product capabilities. Commercial hosting, onboarding and equipment availability remain subject to launch configuration and a confirmed scope.

  • Event-scoped operator permissions
  • Duplicate check-in rejection
  • Pass revocation and replacement
  • Persistent attendance and audit history

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little clarity
goes a long way.

Ask us something else ↗
Can I see qr check-in in action?

Request a guided walkthrough. Representative visuals on this site do not display live customer records.

SaaS or managed: which do I need?

SaaS gives your team software. Managed services add an approved onsite team and equipment allocation. Each managed event needs a separate operational quote.

Is internet needed onsite?

Yes. Current real registration and admission decisions require a server connection. Plan venue connectivity and a staffed contingency; offline admission is not advertised.
