REGISTRATION
A guest list you can actually work with.
Turn interest into an organized arrival plan. Public forms and staff-managed registration feed the same event records.

THE PROBLEM WORTH SOLVING
Spreadsheets, inboxes and the front desk should not have different versions of the guest list.
Conferences, corporate gatherings and trade events.
A practical workflow.
- Publish an explicitly enabled registration page
- Review approvals, capacity and waitlists
- Bring the same records to the check-in desk
Built into
the working product.
These are implemented product capabilities. Commercial hosting, onboarding and equipment availability remain subject to launch configuration and a confirmed scope.
- Public and staff registration
- Pending approval and waitlist controls
- Event capacity checks
- Searchable visitor profiles and categories
Can I see registration in action?
Request a guided walkthrough. Representative visuals on this site do not display live customer records.
SaaS or managed: which do I need?
SaaS gives your team software. Managed services add an approved onsite team and equipment allocation. Each managed event needs a separate operational quote.
Is internet needed onsite?
Yes. Current real registration and admission decisions require a server connection. Plan venue connectivity and a staffed contingency; offline admission is not advertised.
